As part of our own initiative to strengthen our support to our customers, we are now qualified in accordance with the ISO 17020:2012 / Inspection body Type: C for independence & impartiality of inspection activities. What this implies is that we have qualified inspectors who work independently from our production to ensure that the products are produced in accordance with the customer requirements. The qualified inspector has the right to condemn the product as “not fit for purpose” and must report such nonconformities for further investigation. Upon approval a report is issued to the Inspection and QHSE Manager for countersigning, the products are released for final packing and the relevant certificates can be issued in accordance. Without the approval, the products are not released and are put into quarantine until corrective actions have been taken.
