UOS 12 MN (1223 MT) TENSION TEST MACHINE

As part of our quality control, our 12 MN (1223 Mt) tension test machine was recently calibrated and found suitable for a measuring range of 500 kN to 12.000 kN.

Ongoing Training Courses

Another group attended a two day course at our premises in Moerdijk, the Netherlands covering topics like steel wire ropes and synthetic slings, shackles, inspection of hoisting equipment etc.

We offer this service to customers who wish to extend or test their knowledge on heavy lifting equipment.

After each course, an exam can be taken to assess the participant’s level of competence.

ISO 17020:2012

As part of our own initiative to strengthen our support to our customers, we are now qualified in accordance with the ISO 17020:2012 / Inspection body Type: C for independence & impartiality of inspection activities. What this implies is that we have qualified inspectors who work independently from our production to ensure that the products are produced in accordance with the customer requirements. The qualified inspector has the right to condemn the product as “not fit for purpose” and must report such nonconformities for further investigation.
